CREATIVE PATTERNS

Project objective: The aim of the Creative Patterns project is to support the development of entrepreneurial skills, digital competencies and competitiveness of women over the age of 40 in the creative industries in Estonia and Latvia. The project helps to establish new cross-border cooperation networks and supports women in starting or developing their own creative businesses.

The project focuses on practical training, workshops, study visits and mentoring to help participants develop new products and services as well as digital marketing skills. In addition, the project aims to strengthen cooperation in the creative industries between the Ida-Viru and Vidzeme regions and to increase the attractiveness and entrepreneurial capacity of both regions.

Project target group: The target group of the project is women over the age of 40 from the Ida-Viru region who wish to start or develop their activities in the creative industries. The project supports both women engaged in creative activities as a hobby and aspiring or existing small business owners who want to improve their digital skills and competitiveness.

The implementation of the project activities is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg Central Baltic Programme, project No. CB0900712.
